2) LICENSE:

Todayq operated by Todayq Technologies (OPC) Private Limited. Hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable, and non-transferable license to access Todayq provided and expressly conditioned upon your agreement that all such access and use shall be governed by all of the terms and conditions set forth in this USER AGREEMENT.

3) Copyright & No Retransmission of Information:

Todayq as well as the design and information contained in this site is valuable and exclusive property of Todayq, and nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as transferring or assigning any such ownership rights to you or any other person or entity. All trading signals information on Todayq is the proprietary and confidential property of Todayq and cannot be repeated for any reason outside Todayq. You agree not to repeat or rebroadcast in any way any of the trading signals information made on Todayq for any reason whatsoever. You agree that if you do repeat or re-post any of Todayq calls by any mean, you will be liable for actual and punitive damages as determined by Todayq and additional damages to be determined by an Indian court of Law

You may not resell, redistribute, broadcast or transfer the information or use the information in a searchable, machine-readable database unless separately and specifically authorized in writing by Todayq prior to such use. You may not rent, lease, sub-license, distribute, transfer, copy, reproduce, publicly display, publish, adapt, store or time-share Todayq, any part thereof, or any of the information received or accessed therefrom to or through any other person or entity unless separately and specifically authorized in writing by Todayq prior to such use. In addition, you may not remove, alter or obscure any copyright, legal or proprietary notices in or on any portions of Todayq without prior written authorization Except as set forth herein, any other use of the information contained in this site requires the prior written consent of Todayq and may require a separate fee.

4) Course Enrollment and Access:

​

In legal, more complete terms, Todayq grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable 30 days license to access and view the courses and associated content for which you have paid all required fees, solely for your personal, non- commercial, educational/learning purposes through the Services, in accordance with these Terms and any conditions or restrictions associated with a particular course or feature of our Services. All other uses are expressly prohibited. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, sublicense, or otherwise transfer or use any course unless we give you explicit permission to do so in a written agreement signed by a Todayq authorized representative. This also applies to content you can access via any of our APIs. We generally give a 30 days access license to our users when they enroll in a course. However, we reserve the right to revoke any license to access and use courses at any point in time in the event where we decide or are obligated to disable access to a course due to legal or policy reasons, for example, if the course you enrolled in is the object of a copyright complaint, or if we determine its content violates our Trust & Safety Guidelines.

4.1) Getting a Course Certificate:

​

You can earn a course certificate for most Todayq courses. A course certificate is a proof that you completed and passed the course.

​

Certificate Requirement:

In order to get a course certificate, you must:

• Complete name verification which includes submitting a verified government-issued id (AADHAAR, PAN, DRIVING LICENSE, PASSPORT).

• Pass all the required assignments in the course.

Course Certificate Deadlines:

After you successfully enroll in the course by completing the registration & payment process, you have 30 days to earn your certificate. After 30 days, your payment will expire. You'll need to pay the fee again if you haven't earned a certificate & want one.

Receiving The Course Certificate:

Once you match the given criteria as mentioned in point 4.1 & pass the assessment within 30 days i.e also your account activation period, you will be eligible to receive a certificate. You will receive your certificate on the last day of your account closure i.e your end of 30 days access period. After becoming eligible for the certificate, you will also have an option to request a certificate before a 30 days period by closing the account before the end date. Consider this example:

Suppose you enrolled in a course on January 1, 2020. You completed the course within 7 days i.e by January 7, 2020, and gave the required assessment for getting a certification. Once you passed the assessment and became eligible for certification you will get your certificate at the end of your account period i.e January 30, 2020. Now if in case you don't want to wait, you can close your account before the end period, let's say you close it on January 10, 2020. So on this date, you will receive your certification & your account access will also be closed/completed.

5) Delay In Services:

​

Neither Todayq (including its and their directors, employees, affiliates, agents, representatives or subcontractors) shall be liable for any loss or liability resulting, directly or indirectly, from delays or interruptions due to electronic or mechanical equipment failures, telephone interconnect problems, defects, weather, strikes, walkouts, fire, acts of God, riots, armed conflicts, acts of war, or other like causes. Todayq shall have no responsibility to provide you access to Todayq while interruption of Todayq is due to any such cause shall continue.

A user may lose his some/full investment in cryptocurrencies as it includes market/legal/technical risk & in such case Of loss Todayq & it's employees are not responsible.

Under this User Agreement, you assume all risk of errors and/or omissions in Todayq, including the transmission or translation of information. You assume full responsibility for implementing sufficient procedures and checks to satisfy your requirements for the accuracy and suitability of Todayq, including the information, and for maintaining any means, which you may require for the reconstruction of lost data or subsequent manipulations or analyses of the information under the User Agreement.

you agree that Todayq (including its and their officers, directors, employees, affiliates, group companies agents, representatives or subcontractors) shall not, in any event, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use Todayq for any purpose whatsoever. Todayq and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall have no liability in tort, contract, or otherwise to user and/or any third party.

11) INDEMNIFICATION:

you shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Todayq (including its and their officers, directors, employees, affiliates, group companies, agents, representatives or subcontractors) from any and all claims and losses imposed on, incurred by or asserted as a result of or related to: (a) your access and use of Todayq (b) any non-compliance by user with the terms and conditions hereof; or (c) any third party actions related to users receipt and use of the information, whether authorized or unauthorized. any clause declared invalid shall be deemed severable and not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder. these terms may only be amended in a writing signed by Todayq

12) CONFLICTING TERMS:

If there is any conflict between this User Agreement and other documents, this User Agreement shall govern, whether such order or other documents is prior to or subsequent to this User Agreement, or is signed or acknowledged by any director, officer, employee, representative or agent of Todayq

13) ATTORNEY'S FEES:

If Todayq takes action (by itself or through its associate companies) to enforce any of the provisions of this User Agreement, including collection of any amounts due hereunder, Todayq. shall be entitled to recover from you (and you agree to pay), in addition to all sums to which it is entitled or any other relief, at law or in equity, reasonable and necessary attorney's fees and any costs of any litigation.

14) ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

This user agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, and no other agreement, written or oral, exists between you and Todayq. by using the information on Todayq., you assume full responsibility for any and all gains and losses, financial, emotional or otherwise, experienced, suffered or incurred by you. 15) TERMINATION:

This User Agreement and the license rights granted hereunder shall remain in full force. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Few Reasons;

(a) immediately by Todayq for any unauthorized access or use by you (b) immediately by Todayq if you assign or transfer (or attempt the same) any rights granted to you under this Agreement; (c) immediately, if you violate any of the other terms and conditions of this User Agreement. Termination or cancellation of this Agreement shall not affect any right or relief to which Todayq may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this User Agreement, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to Todayq. The fee charged if any for access to Todayq & it's services is non-refundable for any reason.

16) JURISDICTION:

​

The terms of this agreement are exclusively based on and subject to Indian law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Punjab, India in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website. Use of this website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
